Biodiesel

Biodiesel is a renewable fuel composed of monoalkyl esters derived from vegetable oils or animal fats. Recognized as one of the most viable alternatives to petroleum diesel, biodiesel is fully compatible with diesel engines, offering a seamless transition to cleaner energy without requiring engine modifications.

One of biodiesel’s greatest advantages is its environmental sustainability. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), biodiesel reduces greenhouse gas emissions by at least 57% and up to 86% compared to petroleum diesel. This makes it one of the most practical and cost-effective solutions for immediate climate action.

Engineered to meet stringent technical fuel quality and performance standards, biodiesel can be used in existing diesel engines without compromising efficiency. It is most commonly blended at 5% (B5) or 20% (B20) ratios, ensuring widespread adoption across various industries.

USP grade glycerine

Glycerine, also known by its IUPAC name 1,2,3-propane-triol (C₃H₈O₃), is a versatile alcohol with three hydroxyl (-OH) groups. At room temperature, it exists as a clear, odorless, and water-soluble liquid with a high viscosity and boiling point. Like other polyols, glycerine has a naturally sweet taste, making it valuable in various applications.

Our advanced glycerine refining processes are meticulously designed to ensure the highest purity and quality standards. We strictly adhere to USP (United States Pharmacopeia) and FCC (Food Chemicals Codex) regulations—two globally recognized benchmarks for pharmaceutical-grade and food-grade glycerine, respectively. While USP sets the specifications for pharmaceutical applications, FCC defines the safety and quality requirements established by the Codex Alimentarius for food additives.

Our processes are fully automated and allow us to maintain these high quality standards.

Technical Grade Glycerin

Glycerine is an alcohol with three hydroxyl groups (-OH), its chemical name according to IUPAC is 1,2,3 propanetriol (C3H8O3), present as a liquid at room temperature, it is colourless, odourless and water-soluble, it has a high coefficient of viscosity, with a high boiling point and has a sweet taste like other polyalcohol.

There are different qualities of purity in glycerine and these define its possibilities of use. Our glycerine refining processes were designed to achieve the highest quality standards of finished products and this allows us to include technical grade glycerine as part of our product portfolio.

Our processes are fully automated and enable us to maintain consistent quality in our finished products.
