Tallow is obtained by rendering animal fat in slaughter houses. It is available throughout the year. It's handling as solid material if difficult, when it is used for manufacture of soap. If it is used to produce Biodiesel, it can be used on site as liquid. Few thousand tons per day, of tallow is available in India, which can be converted into Biodiesel, where it is produced.
